Good afternoon, I am writing this review about the positive experience that I had with Queen City Plumbing and two of their fantastic technicians. Last Friday Richard came out and fixed the plumbing under my kitchen sink. I mistakenly let someone do cheaply. And that’s what I got, a cheap job. Richard fixed it very quickly. Today, 12/29/25, I had the pleasure of having Michael as my technician. I had 2 problems, water not coming out of the shower head and a leak at my hot water heater. With the shower, he quickly diagnosed I had the wrong handle and changed it for me. Then he made quick work of rerouting the line to my tank, the proper way and fixing the leak. All I can say is these gentlemen were professional, professional looking, courteous and I could see they knew what they were doing. Especially since I used to be tradesman.
